DELIVERY

Blades ships orders daily from Monday through Friday, with the exception of domestic holidays. All outgoing orders are handled by FedEx. Orders placed on weekdays before 3 p.m. EST will ship on the same day. Any orders placed on Blades after 3 p.m. EST will ship on the next business day.

We encourage you to contact us with any questions or concerns with regard to sizing and fit of any merchandise carried at Blades prior to placing your order. While comfort preferences vary with each individual, Blades will always provide the best available information to ensure that you are entirely satisfied with your purchase.  

RETURNS

You may return your merchandise for credit to your credit card or you may exchange for another item within 7 days of your order's delivery date. Please re-pack the item(s) in the box your order was shipped, or something comparable, and return the package to Blades.

Shipping and Handling

We do not accept C.O.D.’s on returned and exchanged items. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. For your protection, we suggest you return your merchandise via UPS or insured Parcel Post. Please contact our returns department with any questions: returns@blades.com

Clothing

All returned merchandise must be unused and returned with its original packaging. If you plan to return your clothing, please keep it clean and safe from any conditions which may effect its acceptable return or exchange.

  • Clothing must be clean and in its original condition with all tags attached (no pet hair, no human hair, no smoke smell, etc.)

  • Once clothing has been worn and/or washed, we cannot accept it for a return or exchange

Shoes

Blades recommends trying on new shoes in a clean, preferably carpeted, environment to ensure their fit. If you aren't pleased with the fit or comfort, this will ensure that your order remains clean and in returnable condition. 

  • Returned shoes must be unworn, in pristine condition, and stored with all original packaging

  • If you plan to return your shoes, do not wear them after trying them on

  • Shoe boxes must not have tape or any other shipping labels on them; you are encouraged to use the box your shoes were shipped in for a return

  • Once shoes have been worn, they cannot be returned or exchanged

Skateboard/Snowboard Decks and Hardware

Blades cannot replace broken decks or decks with pressure cracks. All returned decks must be unused and in like-new condition to be accepted.

  • No deck is completely guaranteed

  • Once a deck has been assembled, it or its parts cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Blades is not responsible for actual deck color and/or dimensions

  • All deck returns are dealt with the manufacturer and are subject to their discretion

Videos

Videos must be unopened and in original packaging

Defective Merchandise

Blades does not guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item. If you believe your product is defective, please clearly explain the defect with your return. Blades will reimburse shipping charges, only on items declared defective (up to $9.00).
